Borauzima Feza Esther is a young Congolese scholar, holder of a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the Official University of Bukavu. She currently works there as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Political and Administrative Sciences. She assists with courses such as Political sociology, Comparative political systems, Political and administrative aspects of development, Political and social theories and doctrines, Political and administrative history of the Congo, Territorial planning, Organization theories, Political marketing , and Political anthropology. Her research focuses on the dynamics of armed conflicts and the governance of natural resources; the field of political sociology; analysis of public policies as well as gender studies. She works as a research assistant within the Group for Studies on Conflict and Human Security (GEC-SH) based in Bukavu. She is also associated with Research Initiative for social Development (RISD), a non-profit oranization working on research, monitoring and evaluation of development programs and projects, construction of peace and human rights. She is the authors of the article on governance of natural resources and conflict in Lwindi, in Conjonctures de l'Afrique Centrale 2023"
